Tips for Your Rate Card
Keep it simple. Three to five rate tiers are enough. Too many options confuse customers.
Use round numbers. PHP 1, 5, 10, 20 are easy to remember and match common coin denominations.
Include your location. If you have multiple machines in different spots, a location on the card helps customers find the right one. Adding your barangay and street makes it easy for people to find you.
Print on thick paper. Use 200gsm cardstock or laminate the printout. Rate cards near vendo machines get wet, dirty and torn quickly.
Post it where people wait. Next to the vendo machine, on the wall near benches, at the sari-sari store counter. Anywhere customers stand or sit is a good spot.
