10.0.0.0.1 - Piso WiFi Login, Pause Time & Fixes

Type `http://10.0.0.0.1` into your browser. Log in with `admin` / `admin`. That's it - you're in the Piso WiFi admin panel.

This is the default admin portal for most Piso WiFi machines in the Philippines.
Doesn't work? You're probably connected to the wrong network. Your phone or laptop needs to be on the Piso WiFi machine's own WiFi, not your home router or mobile data.

Quick answer: Type http://10.0.0.0.1 into your browser. Username: admin. Password: admin. You must be connected to the Piso WiFi machine's own network.

How to open the admin panel

  1. Connect to the Piso WiFi network. Open your WiFi settings. Look for the network name of the machine. Connect to it. Don't use mobile data - the address only works over the local WiFi.
  2. Open your browser. Chrome, Firefox, Safari - all work. Important: type the address into the bar at the very top of the screen. Not into Google.
  3. Type `http://10.0.0.0.1` exactly like this. Some browsers change it to `https` automatically. That won't work. If you see an error page, delete the `s` in https and try again.
  4. Log in. Username: `admin`. Password: `admin`. Most LPB and Vendo machines ship with these defaults.
Password rejected? Someone probably changed it during setup. Hold the reset button on the machine for 10 seconds. That brings back the defaults.

These work for most LPB Piso WiFi, Vendo WiFi and Pisowifi machines. If not, check the sticker on the back of the machine. Some operators print the changed password there.

How to set pause time

Ever had customers complain they lost credit because they had to step away? Pause time fixes that. It lets people pause their session and come back later without paying again.

After logging in, look for Time Settings, Session Management or Pause Time in the menu. The label depends on your firmware version. Set how long a customer can pause - 30 minutes or 1 hour is common. Save your changes.

Can't find the option? Your machine might run older firmware. Ask your supplier for an update.

What to do when 10.0.0.0.1 doesn't load

Three things to check:

Wrong network. This is the most common problem. Your device is still on your home WiFi or mobile data. Switch to the Piso WiFi machine's network first. Sounds obvious, but it catches almost everyone at least once.

Browser adds https. The admin panel uses plain HTTP. When your browser quietly changes `http://` to `https://`, the page won't load. Type `http://10.0.0.0.1` with the `http://` prefix. If that still doesn't work, try a different browser.

Wrong address. Some machines use `10.0.0.1` (without the extra zero) instead of `10.0.0.0.1`. Try both. If the second one works, check our 10.0.0.1 guide instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I open 10.0.0.0.1?

You're not connected to the right network. Connect your phone or laptop to the Piso WiFi machine's own WiFi first. Then type the address into the browser's address bar - not into Google Search.

What is the default password for 10.0.0.0.1?

Username: `admin`. Password: `admin`. If that doesn't work, look at the sticker on the back of the machine.

Is 10.0.0.0.1 the same as 10.0.0.1?

No. Different address, different machines. LPB Piso WiFi and most newer vendo machines use 10.0.0.0.1. Older units often use 10.0.0.1. Not sure which one? Try both.

How do I reset the machine to factory defaults?

Find the small reset button on the machine. Hold it for 10 seconds until the lights blink. This restores the default admin/admin credentials. Warning: it also clears all your settings.

Can I access 10.0.0.0.1 from my phone?

Yes. Connect to the Piso WiFi network via WiFi, open Chrome or Safari, and type `http://10.0.0.0.1` into the address bar. Make sure you're on WiFi, not mobile data.
