Walton Router Login - Admin Access & Default Password

Walton routers use `192.168.0.1` as the admin address. Default login is `admin` / `admin`. Connect to the Walton WiFi, open a browser and type the IP into the address bar.

How to Log In

1. Connect to the Walton WiFi. The default network name usually starts with "Walton".
2. Open a browser and type `http://192.168.0.1` into the address bar.
3. Enter `admin` as both username and password.
4. The admin panel opens.

Changing Your Walton WiFi Password

1. Log in at `192.168.0.1`.
2. Go to Wireless > Wireless Security.
3. Select WPA/WPA2-PSK.
4. Enter your new password in the Password field.
5. Click Save. All devices disconnect.

Setting Up Your Walton Router

Walton routers come with a quick setup wizard. After the first login, the wizard walks you through:

1. Internet connection type - Select PPPoE if your ISP gave you a username and password. Select DHCP if your ISP doesn't require credentials.
2. WiFi name and password - Set a name you'll recognize and a strong password.
3. Admin password - Change the default `admin` / `admin` to something only you know.

Troubleshooting

Page doesn't load. Make sure you're on the Walton WiFi. Try `http://192.168.0.1` with the full prefix. If that doesn't work, your Walton model might use `192.168.1.1`.

Password wrong. Factory reset by holding the Reset button for 10 seconds. Defaults are restored.

No internet after setup. Double-check the connection type. PPPoE requires the username and password from your ISP. DHCP should connect automatically.
