20.0.0.1 is the admin address for certain Piso WiFi vending machines. What makes it unusual is that 20.x.x.x is technically a public IP range, not one of the standard private ranges like 10.x.x.x or 192.168.x.x. Some Piso WiFi firmware uses it anyway because the machines run on isolated internal networks.
To reach the admin panel, connect to the machine's WiFi, open your browser and type `http://20.0.0.1` into the address bar. The default login is `admin` / `admin`.
Why 20.0.0.1 Is Different from Other Router IPs
Most router admin addresses use one of three private IP ranges defined by RFC 1918:
- 10.0.0.0/8 for addresses like 10.0.0.1 and 10.0.0.0.1
- 172.16.0.0/12 used by some enterprise and ISP equipment
- 192.168.0.0/16 which is the most common home router range
How to Log In to 20.0.0.1
- Connect to the machine's WiFi and turn off mobile data on your device.
- Open Chrome or any standard browser.
- Type `http://20.0.0.1` into the address bar, not the search field.
- Enter your credentials. That's `admin` / `admin` for most Piso WiFi machines.
Default Login Credentials
| Device | Username | Password |

What You Can Do in the Admin Panel

- Session pricing per peso or per minute
- Pause time settings for how long users can pause their session
- Connected user overview
- Network configuration
Other Admin Addresses to Try
If 20.0.0.1 doesn't respond, your machine probably uses a different address. These are the most common Piso WiFi admin addresses:
- 10.0.0.1 - the most widely used
- 10.0.0.0.1 - standard for LPB and Vendo
- 10.10.10.1 - some firmware versions
- 10.1.1.1 - select models
When 20.0.0.1 Does Not Work
Page doesn't load at all. You're either on the wrong WiFi network or mobile data is overriding the local connection. Disable mobile data and reconnect to the machine's WiFi.
Login credentials rejected. The default password was changed. A factory reset (hold the reset button for about 10 seconds) restores the default but erases all settings. Make sure to note down your current pricing configuration before resetting.
Address works but wrong machine responds. Check the device name in the admin panel to confirm you're logged in to the correct machine.
